Delivery

Standard delivery is free for all orders over £50 nett (Excluding VAT)

• A delivery charge of £6.95 will be charged for all orders with a nett value less than £50.00.
• Delivery is usually made within 48 hours but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to be made
• Items not in stock will be notified to you within 24 hours.
• Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
• Standard delivery excludes delivery on weekends and bank holidays.
• Additional charges may be applicable for orders to Scotland dependent on weight, please contact us prior to ordering for additional information.
• For delivery to all other areas including Europe and Northern Ireland please call or email us using the details on the contact us page.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us however if you do wish to return an item we are happy to refund in full, minus any delivery charges, if the item/s are in resalable condition. Please see terms and conditions for more information.

Should goods arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty please notify us as soon as possible within 3 days of delivery.

Please email us at sales@ncsonline.co.uk to arrange a return. DO NOT send any products back to us until you have a return code sent to you from one of our customer representatives.
