Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We ship throughout the UK & across Europe. [Please email if you are outside mainland UK and we will confirm minimum free delivery and / or delivery costs]. We ship consignments from boxes to multiple pallets and use the most efficient service depending on your needs and size of order.

Q. What is the delivery cost?

A. Delivery is free to mainland UK on orders from £50 and above plus VAT. For orders below £50 plus VAT, a delivery charge of £7.50 (plus VAT) will apply. For delivery to all other areas, please contact us prior to order.

Q. How do I shop online with Nationwide Cleaning Supplies?

A. You can browse products via categories, scroll through Our Shop at the top of the page or search via keywords. Once you have made your choice simply register using the Register button located at the top of the home page, place the items in your basket and move onto the shopping cart.

Q. What if I do not see the product I am looking for on your website?

A. We are updating our website constantly, if you do not see the products you are looking for just give us a call or send an email to the sales team on 0844 887 1236, they will be happy to assist you.

Q. How do I register an account?

A. It’s easy; simply click the Register button at the the top of the home page and fill in the details as requested.  Once you have entered you personal details you will be required to enter a user name of your choice and a password. This can be used later to refer to your past buying history and to amend any personal details. For future purchases you will be able to simply log on and pay for your goods in 3 simple stages.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?

A. At Nationwide Cleaning Supplies we endeavour to keep your personal details completely private and secure [as required by the Data Protection Act].

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. For Mainland UK, if you place your order before 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays), your order will normally be delivered in 3 working days but please allow upto five working days before contacting us. For Ireland delivery lead times are 4-5 working days and for Mainland Europe approx 6-7 working days.

Q. Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?

A. It is 100% safe to shop at ncsonline.co.uk. Payment is made through Sage Pay Secure Server, your payment details are immediately encrypted and processed, we do not get to see them. If preferred we do offer a manual process where your details are put through a terminal at the sales office [telephone orders only].

Q. What time of day will my order arrive?

A. Deliveries will usually be made week days (excluding bank holidays) within the hours of 8am and 6pm. As proof of delivery a signature will be required on all deliveries, please call us for information regarding delivery outside of these times.

Q. Can I have my order sent to a third party address?

A. Unfortunately due to debit/credit card security, it is only possible for deliveries to be made to the card billing address, unless you are a trade account-paying customer.

Q. What if my delivery arrives damaged?

A. Please ensure you thoroughly check your delivery before signing for the goods. If the delivery is signed for as in good condition and complete, we will not be able to reimburse for any damages or shortages subsequently reported. Your goods are insured against transit damage. If you are not 100% happy upon receipt then please do not sign for the goods, inform us immediately and provide a digital image. We will replace any damaged goods where the above criteria have been met.

Q. What if I am unhappy with a product?

A. There is a seven day cancellation period as per the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR’s) 2000. If you are not 100% happy, please notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the returned item, we will happily reimburse you, providing that the item is in the original packaging and condition as when dispatched. We will reimburse all of the original costs but not the cost of returning the item. For information regarding warranties, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. If you would like an update on your order progress, please email or call and we will confirm dispatch and delivery timelines.

Q. If I am a business looking for continuous supply, what are my options?

A. Our background is wholesale supplies. If you are a business looking for ongoing supplies, please call or email us. We operate trade accounts and offer discounts on bulk orders through dedicated Business Account Managers.

Q. Do you have a collection point I can walk in and collect my order in person from?

A. Yes, we have a collection point at Unit 22, Peverel Drive, Granby Industrial Estate, Milton Keynes, MK1 1NL. You can notify on your order that you would like to collect and then pick up your order between 7.30am and 5pm - Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
